Refunds & Exchanges
Customers can request a refund before the card is processed. Refund requests must be made on the same day the order is placed. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once initiated, refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider. Exchanges are not available for all products.
Product Returns
Refunds may be applicable in certain cases after the customer receives the card. To process a refund, the customer must return the card to Nuevolink. Return shipping costs will be covered by Nuevolink. If the card is intact and undamaged, an exchange may be provided within the specified return period. The product does not need to be returned in its original packaging. Receipts are sent via email, so a physical receipt is not required for a refund. If a package is marked as lost by the delivery service, Nuevolink will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Product Warranty
The NFC chip in the Nuevolink Business Card is covered by a 2-year warranty. If the NFC chip malfunctions, a free replacement will be provided within this period.
Discounted Products
Products purchased at a discount are eligible for a refund only if the NFC functionality is defective.
